Comment on Key Truths posts and pages

To do so, use “Your thoughts?” at the bottom of a blog post or page. I personally read comments and welcome them – with this caveat: Please be courteous and brief.

Ever since I started this blog, I’ve agonized over what to do with excessively long comments, especially those intended to tell someone’s life story, or to put me in my place. Now, I’ve decided to make it a policy not to post them. Life stories are important, but it’s not workable for me to include them in a post’s comments. Caustic or patronizing comments, I won’t interact with or post.

Note also: Every comment comes to me for approval before posting. That’s a protection for me, for you and for my other readers.

Big oops! Comments and likes on this site were broken for several months without my knowing it. If you tried to like a post or send a comment between October 2023 and August 2024, I apologize profusely. I did not ignore you. Your response disappeared without my ever seeing it. Early in August 2024, someone told me they had tried to comment and it hadn’t worked. It took almost to the end of that month – with input from techie support of four different web-related companies – to locate and fix the problem. Now, thankfully, you can comment and like, and it will actually work!

Under Deborah Brunt. Interacting on social media is not my forte. But I do post links here to Key Truths blog posts. I also respond to comments and messages, and very much appreciate follows.

Under Key Truths. This used to be my primary FB page, but increasingly the reach of posts on such pages (even to followers) has depended on paying Facebook for “boosts” and other services. For now, I still have the Key Truths Facebook page up, with links to some of my blog posts. But it’s not where I interact any more.
